IT Team Lead Database Administrator – Nashville, TN
IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Team Lead Database Administrator to join one of our top clients in Nashville TN . This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in relational database management and administration and a passion for leading and mentoring technical teams.
Overview / Responsibilities
- Lead the operational and strategic management of enterprise database systems across on-premise and cloud-based environments.
- Ensure the availability, performance, recoverability, and security of data platforms.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of database engineers and administrators.
- Oversee the development and enforcement of database performance monitoring, alerting, and telemetry standards.
- Coordinate with InfoSec and Audit teams to ensure database systems are aligned with corporate security policies.
