Customer Service & Project Support Specialist

As a Customer Service & Project Support Specialist, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our clients and a key contributor to project success. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and project updates
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
Coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet project milestones
Ensure precision in order processing and data entry
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
Proven customer service experience with strong communication skills
Professional presence and ability to represent the company with confidence
Outgoing personality with a talent for building positive relationships
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in scheduling, documentation, and follow-up coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Background in healthcare or medical-related environments
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)

This is a Contract position based out of Wappingers Falls, NY.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
