Key Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding and implementation journey for institutional enterprise clients
Manage the full delivery lifecycle, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve implementation challenges and enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS onboarding / implementation, preferably with financial institutions
Proven success in managing complex client delivery projects
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with platform configuration and data validation
Experience supporting high-value clients and a consultative mindset
Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, and enterprise integration tools
