The Director- Americas ERP Technical Product Leader will be a part of the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain ERP Business Technology Leadership team. This role will be accountable for the management of the traditional ERP product suite of SAP supporting both the NA and LATAM regions. In addition to product management, this role will also provide product strategy and vision while partnering with functional business leaders, IMSC BT leaders and Transcend leadership to assure reliability and stability of the Traditional ERP systems while strategically positioning ourselves to align with the Transcend Global Template.
This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of expertise with the SAP ECC family of products, supply chain business expertise, process improvement, execution of transformative initiatives, and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business stakeholders and process owners. The position will partner closely with senior leaders within IM supply chain to ensure the evolving business requirements are being considered and met through optimal use of digital capabilities.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $146,00- $251,850 USD
Additional Description for Pay Transparency : Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
