Job description

Job Title : Digital Content Creator

Location : Covington, KY or Merrimack, NH (Hybrid – 2 weeks onsite, 2 weeks remote)

Duration : Long term Contract with possibility of Conversion

What is the Role?

Digital Content Creator at the Digital Content Management & Solutions (DCMS) Team .

  • Primary responsibility : Taking content from specific extracts and using provided macros / tools to input content into other systems.
  • Work : Repetitive content creation and publishing tasks.
  • Collaboration : Work with peers and business partners to deliver internal process and product content that supports associates in delivering excellent service.

What is the Client Looking For?

  • Candidates who are semi-proficient with computers , efficient, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Experience in writing, editing, and publishing digital content using content management tools.
  • Background or understanding of benefits administration, financial services, and Workplace Investing products is preferred.
  • Strong business and technical writing skills .
  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail .
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with internal partners.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment .
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Candidates who can pass a background check .
