As Digital PMO Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the full life cycle of digital products in the Orthopaedics Supply Chain. You will oversee the stage gate process, ensure portfolio alignment with strategic goals, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration through facilitation of the digital council. You will own performance monitoring, financial management and maturity, resource management, and reporting. By championing Agile SCRUM practices, you will continuously improve processes to deliver innovative supply chain solutions that ensure the seamless delivery of Orthopaedics products to our patientsKeeping People Moving! The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $115,000-$197,800.00. Additional Description for Pay Transparency : Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
