We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to two (2) Attorneys.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing pleadings and motions
- Prepare and file electronic court filings
- Maintain client files by electronically scanning all documents to our case management system (Mycase)
- Maintain monthly billing entries for timekeepers
- Effectively and professionally communicate with existing and potential clients
