A strong technical background is essential, with experience in diverse technologies such as video codecs, coding, cryptography, compression, signals, and wireless communications being a plus. The role involves managing patent office proceedings, drafting and filing various legal documents, and supporting senior attorneys in the management of ongoing matters. The candidate should be adept at working both independently and as part of a team, and must have excellent communication skills.
Applicants for the Senior Patent Counsel position at the company should have a State Bar and Patent Registration Examination passage, and a preference for those with additional experience in patent office examination, algorithmic and code-based subject matter, semiconductor, and integrated circuit fabrication.
