Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities and equipment reliability efforts at a high-volume fulfillment center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in maintaining and troubleshooting material handling equipment, including conveyors and sorters.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Oversee budget planning and cost control.
• Implement safety programs and audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Essential Skills

Experience in maintenance management and preventative maintenance planning. Strong skills in conveyor maintenance, automation, and control systems. Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and CMMS. Skilled in coaching and developing technicians. Ability to manage contractors and vendors. Comfortable handling conflict resolution and team dynamics. Familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs. Experience in budget planning and capital expenditure planning. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with automation and control systems. Proven leadership in fast-paced environments. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and data analysis tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $111,000.00 - $147,000.00 / yr.
