Schedule : 15 hours per week

Golden Path Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the growth of our clients and ensuring the highest quality of care across our programs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in supervision, treatment planning, and crisis intervention while working collaboratively with our administrative team.

Responsibilities

Supervise all clinical program and rehabilitation components

Directly supervise outpatient clients in collaboration with the administrative team

Optimize patient flow processes to ensure efficient care delivery

Develop goal-focused, person-centered treatment plans with measurable objectives

Evaluate length of treatment to identify new areas of service opportunities

Provide training and guidance to staff as needed

Deliver crisis intervention services when required

Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in good standing

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred

Strong background in treatment planning, counseling, and case management

Ability to lead, train, and supervise others effectively

Excellent communication, organizational, and crisis management skills
