• Deliver a variety of training programs including product, technical, systems, behavioral, and skills-based training in a virtual environment.
• Apply adult learning principles and diverse instructional methods to ensure learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Manage and facilitate virtual classrooms effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of training content.
