Growing Lower Bucks County Personal Injury Law Firm seeks an associate with 5 years of Plaintiff's personal injury experience or posses significant litigation experience. The ideal candidate can handle a case from inception through trial, can manage a strong caseload and is motivated to bring in their own cases as well. Responsibilities :

• Represent clients throughout the entirety of a personal injury matter, from initial sign up, through pre-suit stages, and concluding through litigation at depositions, arbitrations, and / or jury trial
• Prepare and draft legal documents related to personal injury matters
• Negotiate settlements
• Comply with all legal standards, regulations, and rules of professional responsibility
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
• Professional networking to grow your client base
