Position Overview : The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and possess 2 to 7 years of experience representing healthcare providers in both state and federal courts. Candidates with experience defending and litigating medical malpractice cases are preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven attorney to take on a significant role within a leading healthcare practice, with the potential to build and expand a book of business in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent healthcare institutions and professionals in complex medical malpractice litigation.
• Manage all aspects of case preparation, including discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across various jurisdictions.
• Deliver exceptional legal services while managing multiple high-stakes cases.

Work Arrangement : Hybrid / Onsite

Salary : $130,000 to $200,000 (commensurate of experience)

Full range of benefits and bonus over hourly billable requirement of 1,950
