Position Profile

The RN After Hours Team Leader plans, provides and evaluates patient centered care given within a team by effective utilization of staff members to meet patient / family needs. Supervises employees and participates in selection, orientation and evaluation. Contributes to the evaluation of quality care through the identification and resolution of problems.
