Our company is seeking an Entry Level Team Lead to oversee a team of entry-level employees. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the team's day-to-day activities, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, and ensuring that the team is meeting its performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and motivate a team of entry-level employees
- Ensure that team members are meeting their individual performance goals - Monitor team performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide training and coaching to team members as necessary
- Collaborate with other team leads and managers to ensure overall company goals are met - Analyze team performance data and report findings to upper management
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role preferred but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
