Project Executive - Data Center

Job Description

Manage all phases of data center construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans and strategies. Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns proactively. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor project performance and implement process improvements where necessary. Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Lead project closeout processes, including final inspections and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive - Data Center should have :

  • A proven background in managing construction projects, preferably within the data center sector.
  • A proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, specifically data centers or similar facilities.
  • Must be comfortable living permanently in the project locations for the duration of the project. The GC will compensate you to return home once per month on the weekends
  • Limited career moves, tenure is very important to this GC.
  • Strong leadership skills to oversee multidisciplinary teams and drive project success.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory standards in the construction industry.
