Legal Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Process large volumes of copyright and trademark takedown requests and counter-notifications

Track all content removed pursuant to valid takedown requests

Identify areas to improve IP policies, processes, and technical tooling

Required Qualifications

Experience working in intellectual property operations, trust and safety, or customer experience

Ability to handle a high volume of legal document intake and processing

Analytical approach to gathering and presenting data to inform decisions

Comfort with reviewing sensitive, explicit, and / or potentially disturbing content

Knowledge of DMCA and Trademark law is preferred but not required
