Are you a driven salesperson ready to control your own success?
We’re an established staffing firm (16+ years strong) expanding our reach and seeking a Business Development Professional to grow our client base and revenue.
About the Role
This is not a recruiter role. You’ll be selling staffing solutions directly to decision-makers, building long-term partnerships, and helping companies solve workforce challenges.
Responsibilitie s
Prospect and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present and sell staffing services with a consultative approach
Manage your own pipeline and schedule
Qualifications
Proven sales experience (staffing, recruiting, or B2B preferred)
Self-motivated, proactive, and strategic thinker
Competitive, professional, and driven to win
Optimistic, confident, and comfortable taking smart risks
Compensation & Benefits
Uncapped earnings :
First 3 months : $3,000–$3,500 / month base + commission
After 90 days : $65,000 base + commission & bonuses
Expected first-year earnings : $65K–$85K+ (six-figure potential)
Commission + yearly bonus
