The opportunity

Our actuarial advisers deliver creative and innovative thinking to high-profile property and casualty insurance companies worldwide, helping them make confident financial decisions aligned with their business goals. Here, you will be an actuary right at the heart of that mission, leading engagement teams, working directly with clients, mentoring and developing team members and building your personal brand as a leader in your field.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams and contribute to projects such as reserving, actuarial opinion and regulatory services
• Ratemaking analytics and services
• Actuarial process redesign and software integration
• Predictive analytics
• Data visualization
• Market strategy advice
• Reinsurance analysis and advice
• Ad hoc financial reporting advice

Base salary range for this position in the US is $110,500 to $202,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
