Executive Assistant Business Partner
We are searching for an experienced, reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) to be part of our Engineering team. The Executive Assistant will support up to two Directors, and will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, professional, and capable of managing their workload as well as their executives calendars and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage Strategic Calendars : Proactively manage complex and detailed calendars, ensuring optimal use of time and alignment with Intuit's priorities.
- Support Executive Communication : Assist in preparing and managing presentations, reviewing reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness.
- Travel Planning : Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, meticulously handling itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Expense Management : Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and promptly, adhering to Intuit's policies.
- Organizational Maintenance : Keep organizational charts and email distribution lists updated and accurate.
- Provide Leadership and Guidance : Be approachable and readily provide counsel and direction to team members and peers.
- Understand Organizational Framework : Develop a deep understanding of the organization's vision, business direction, and mission.
- Stakeholder Liaison : Serve as the primary liaison between leaders, internal stakeholders, and partners adeptly manage and prioritize incoming requests. Escalate urgent matters for timely resolution and collaborate across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes. Maintain strong relationships, including coordinating with other executive assistants to ensure consistency across leadership teams and promoting a 'One Intuit' mindset.
- Exercise Initiative and Judgment : Display a high degree of initiative by taking independent actions and making informed decisions.
- Maintain Awareness : Act as the organization's observational point, staying attuned to employee needs and organizational dynamics.
- Plan and Execute Team Offsites : Lead end-to-end planning and execution of team offsites, including identifying locations, managing logistics, coordinating travel, developing agendas, and ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
The expected base pay range for this position for Mountain View is $43.50 / hr- $59 / hr.
