What You’ll Be Doing (Hybrid Role)
This is not your typical carpentry or sales role—it’s a hybrid position where every day looks a little different :
Represent Tacheny Exteriors as part of our field outreach team in designated neighborhoods.Engage with homeowners about our services ( roofing, siding, windows, and gutters ) and promote our free evaluation program .Help set up appointments with homeowners and connect them with our expert team.Work outdoors, walk neighborhoods, and build strong relationships in the community.Participate in a 5-day paid training program (just a few hours each day) led by industry experts with 15–20 years of experience.No selling or closing required — your role is to spark conversations and schedule free evaluations.

Requirements :
