Project Engineer Entry-Level

Lunda Construction Co., a Tutor Perini Company is hiring an Entry-Level Project Engineer to work on site in either Black River Falls, WI or Milwaukee, WI . This is a full?time, on?site position; hybrid, remote, or staffing agency candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams of Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, design partners, subcontractors, and project leadership.
• Assist with project layout and identify critical work items and long?lead materials.
• Support monthly billing, cash flow forecasting, and change order processing.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to support craft installation and field execution.
• Review mock?ups, shop drawings, and subcontractor scopes of work.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and coordinate with the QA / QC team.
• Verify work is completed in accordance with drawings, codes, and specifications.
• Create and process RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Assist with schedule coordination and ensure field teams have the information needed to execute work.
• Participate in the development and review of design and work plans.
• Support safety initiatives, including inspections and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and other technical tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.
