If selected to join our rapidly growing team, our onboarding program will push you beyond your perceived limits. We will work with you weekly to set actionable goals and provide the necessary support and accountability to help you succeed.

Your commitment to the onboarding process is crucial. You will participate in weekly sessions to familiarize yourself with our systems, tools, and strategies.

With our guidance, you will be given a 30-60-90 day action plan to implement and improve your skills.

Requirements : Pursue a State Real Estate License, Completed DISC assessment, and Professional References.

Compensation : Fully commissioned role with projected earnings of $129,500.

Compensation :

$129,500 at plan earnings

Responsibilities :

• Participate in career training & is coachable
• Attend team functions, events, meetings
• Build relationships & be of service for real estate
• Nurture & convert leads
• Provide value to the buying / selling public / superb customer service
• Get Listing agreements signed & get properties sold
• Pre-Qualify Buyers
• Take Buyers out & get Under Contract
• Host the team leader's Open Houses 4x a month

Qualifications :

• Full-time realtor
• Licensed or pursuing
• Clear communication skills
• Organization skills
• Follow process & systems
• Technical skills : basics of the MLS, Google email / calendar, video conference via Zoom or Google & a customer relationship system (CRM)
• Resume / DISC Assessment / Professional References
• Team player who believes their team's success is their success
• Great communication skills, interpersonal & time management skills
