Position Summary : The Contracts Manager is a key contributor to the company’s federal contracting operations. This position will serve as the dedicated lead for a high-volume federal program, which includes oversight of more than 30 subcontractors and licensing compliance. This individual will also lead small business compliance reporting, including eSRS and GSA, and may support NMLS licensing efforts. The ideal candidate has strong experience with subcontract management, federal contract compliance, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications : - Prior oversight of subcontractor or vendor relationships - CPCM certification or similar credential (a plus) - Knowledge of NMLS licensing (a plus)
