Sales Executive – Digital Advertising – Fort Myers

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plans.
  • Business Development – Use CoStar Group’s property data to prospect new clients and close new business.
  • Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your specific territory.
  • Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular value-added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
  • Travel – Conduct regular in-person meetings, which require travel by car and could require travel outside the driving radius.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • At least four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
  • Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas that emphasize customer experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships with senior / C‑Suite level clients.
  • Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and within a team in a high-growth company.
