Sales Executive – Digital Advertising – Fort Myers

Responsibilities
- Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plans.
- Business Development – Use CoStar Group’s property data to prospect new clients and close new business.
- Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
- Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends within your specific territory.
- Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular value-added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
- Travel – Conduct regular in-person meetings, which require travel by car and could require travel outside the driving radius.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.At least four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas that emphasize customer experience.Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships with senior / C‑Suite level clients.Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics.Access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.Self-starter who can work independently and within a team in a high-growth company.Benefits
