Trial Attorney

Position : Trial Attorney

I’m working with a respected law firm in San Antonio, TX, known for its deep experience across a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, construction disputes, products liability, premises liability, and first-party insurance coverage. The firm is currently looking for a skilled Trial Attorney with at least five years of experience to work alongside one of its founding partners. This position includes a partnership track, and current Partner-level attorneys are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities :

Handle a varied caseload from initial filing through resolution

Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings and motions, and manage all phases of litigation

Engage with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members throughout the process

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor and an active license to practice law

A minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience preferred

Trial experience, including serving as first or second chair in jury trials

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well within a team

What the Firm Offers :

Salary range of $135,000 to $170,000, plus a performance-based bonus structure
