Family Law Attorney

Barton & Associates, Attorneys at Law, PLLC is a growing Central and South Texas civil and criminal law firm that seeks a Dynamic Family Law Attorney to join our outstanding team. Some experience is required. Strong emphasis will be placed on training, mentoring, employee wellness, and attorney team-based representation. This position will allow the attorney to manage their own docket but also have support if they need to discuss strategy, case law, or to have a court setting covered.

Requirements :

Licensed to Practice Law in Texas.

The benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and sick time. The Firm also pays for Texas State Bar dues and relevant CLE’s.

• Responsibilities
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, with strong writing skills.
• Provide legal counsel on family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support issues.
• Attend court on a daily basis and carry your own case load with minimal oversight.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Maintain organized case files and manage administrative tasks within the law office.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
