Northeast General Sales Manager Hvac / Air Filtration

Our client offers the most comprehensive portfolio of clean air solutions in the globe. Our client has been a pioneer in the air filtration space for over 100 years and they continue to be the industry benchmark for quality and performance. From HVAC filters to advanced pollution control systems, our client operates in 22 countries and has been actively growing through performance and strategic acquisitions.

Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the industrial industries. Manage and oversee the performance of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities. Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing sales culture. Oversee Northeast P & L. Responsible for managing company's top line sales and profit growth directives, should have in depth knowledge and record of success managing sales growth.

The Successful Applicant

Ability to be onsite full time in Wilmington, MA. Track record of success in a sales leadership position with quota attainment. Experience managing P & L. Experience managing a sales team and selling into the industrial space (REQUIRED). Proven ability to build out a sales team.
