Job Description
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and growth in the HVAC and equipment sector. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet targets (Northeast / New England). Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management. Work alongside the General Manager for the rest of the Americas.
