Key Responsibilities
Achieves sales targets for assigned accounts to enhance customer retention and sales growth
Provides consultative upselling and service by leveraging product knowledge
Monitors the success of digital courses to ensure a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-based role, such as customer or account management
Demonstrated understanding of technology and experience with digital products
Ability to analyze data and apply it to drive results
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, particularly in a higher education environment
Some direct sales experience is preferred
