CPA Licensed Accounting Director

A company is looking for an Accounting Director - Assistant Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP

Lead month-end close processes and implement improvements for efficiency

Research and advise on complex accounting issues and maintain accounting policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Active CPA license

10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role

Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

Experience in managing month-end close and external audits
