Now Hiring : Commercial Plumbing Supervisor Tampa Bay Area

Frank Gay Commercial Services is looking for a hands-on Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to lead our field team, ensure high-quality work, and represent the reliability were known for.

If you have 10+ years of plumbing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to write estimates and support your team in the field, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Get

$62,000$70,000 salary based on experience
Quarterly bonus potential
MondayFriday schedule, 7 : 30 AM5 : 00 PM on-call support (1 week / month)
On-call rotation one week per month for tech support
Opportunity to grow in a respected, team-oriented company

What Youll Do

Visit job sites and support plumbing technicians

Step in and work alongside crews when needed

Conduct quality control checks and speak with customers

Provide technical guidance and on-call support (1 week / month)

Write and review job estimates

What You Bring

10+ years in the plumbing trade, commercial experience preferred

Proven leadership or supervisory experience

Strong communication and estimating skills

Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
