$3,000 Sign-On BONUS!

($1,500 upon 90 days of employment / $1,500 after 180 days of employment)

  • WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide individual, group, family, and marital psychotherapy.
  • Deliver emergency crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Provide Family Education and support when appropriate.
  • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation of Treatment Plan / Goals and patient's progress toward meeting those goals.
  • Coordinate patient care with other members of the treatment team.
  • OTHER FUNCTIONS :

  • Provide consultation / education service as needed to other Southwestern staff and outside professional groups and community members.
  • Supervise and train students as appropriate.
  • Facilitate other Residential or Outpatient functions as assigned.
  • Job Qualifications

    WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?

  • Preference given for those with a Master's degree in Social Work with an LSW or LCSW. Applicants with an LMFT or LMHC are also considered.
  • LCAC Preferred
  • Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and self-help group programs.
  • Candidates must pass required background checks including county / state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
