Job descriptionLCSW : $31.25 Hourly AI-powered tools to streamline administrative process Part-time benefits including Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, EAP, and Teladoc 401K EmployerMatch $50 / month Student Loan Assistance Program Free Supervision towards obtaining LCSW Physical & Financial Wellness Programs Free CEU's Individualized orientation and training program Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments. Provide individual, group, family, and marital psychotherapy. Deliver emergency crisis intervention services as needed. Provide Family Education and support when appropriate. Maintain appropriate clinical documentation of Treatment Plan / Goals and patient's progress toward meeting those goals. Coordinate patient care with other members of the treatment team. Provide consultation / education service as needed to other Southwestern staff and outside professional groups and community members. Supervise and train students as appropriate. Facilitate other Residential or Outpatient functions as assigned. Preference given for those with a Master's degree in Social Work with an LSW or LCSW. Applicants with an LMFT or LMHC are also considered. LCAC Preferred Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and self-help group programs. Candidates must pass required background checks including county / state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.

($1,500 upon 90 days of employment / $1,500 after 180 days of employment)
