Applicants for the Vice President of Account Management position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in account management, customer success, or sales leadership, with at least 5 years in a team leadership role. A proven track record of exceeding renewal and expansion quotas in enterprise B2B settings, particularly in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS, is essential. The role demands expertise in enterprise contract negotiation, executive relationship building, and a strong analytical approach to forecasting and account planning. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders. A background in health plans, payer-provider ecosystems, or related healthcare technology companies is preferred, as is experience in leading teams through organizational transformation and an MBA or advanced degree.
