This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge consumer and B2B products, collaborating across disciplines to ensure designs are not only functional and visually appealing but also manufacturable. Responsibilities :

• Own the mechanical design process for a variety of consumer and B2B hardware products.
• Create clean, production-ready CAD models, drawings, and perform detailed tolerance analyses.
• Develop creative and practical solutions to complex mechanical and system-level challenges.
• Collaborate with industrial design, electrical, research, and UX teams to ensure holistic product development.
• Guide suppliers through DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews, tooling, and production builds.
• Support EVT / DVT / PVT builds, addressing and resolving manufacturing challenges as they arise.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate designs using 3D printing, machining, and other hands-on tools.
• Specify materials and manufacturing processes that align with product goals and constraints.
