Senior Industrial Project Manager
Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager with strong estimating experience for a direct-hire opportunity in Spartanburg SC, with a client specializing in heavy machinery services.
This division provides millwright services, heavy lifting, rigging, optical alignment, plant relocation, equipment installation, and machinery moving. The Industrial Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, manage estimating responsibilities, and lead teams of superintendents, foremen, journeymen, helpers, and subcontractors while ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple industrial contracting projects including crane, heavy haul, millwright, and rigging.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors for efficient execution.
- Develop manpower-loaded schedules and ensure timely project planning using MS Project or Excel.
- Prepare proposals and accurate cost estimates, reviewing RFQs, drawings, and scopes of work.
- Provide detailed labor, material, and equipment estimates for new and ongoing projects.
- Oversee project administration including contracts, invoicing (AIA documents), change orders, and client communication.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, architects, and vendors.

Proven project management experience in industrial construction, including estimating.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, Teams); AutoCAD and Navisworks experience a plus.Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment / tools.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Financial acumen to manage budgets, estimates, schedules, and profitability.OSHA 30 and CPR certifications required (or ability to obtain).PMP certification preferred but not required.Ability to travel as needed; capable of working in outdoor and industrial environments.Must be local or willing to relocate.Preferred Background :
