What you´ll do
$30 MM USD) within Henkel North America.
May be required to manage projects simultaneously at multiple sites.
Full project life cycle ownership of projects : successful project delivery will include full implementation from conceptual design (prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project) through initiation and deployment for assigned projects.
Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership.
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, & tools to improve management of capital projects.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time required.
What makes you a good fit
BS Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering required (Chemical Engineering preferred).
15-20 years hands on experience with Capital Project Management at chemical manufacturing facilitates
Ability to multi-task effectively and execute multiple projects at various stages.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
Strong technical and data analysis skills required.

The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $140,000.0 0 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
