Key Responsibilities :
Spearhead the establishment of an overseas marketing system for energy
storage in alignment with the company's marketing strategy.
Formulate comprehensive overseas market sales strategies to drive business
growth.
Conduct thorough research on overseas markets for energy storage products,
including data collection, organization, and analysis.
Regularly submit detailed reports on industry insights and sales targets to
inform strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain a robust database of overseas customer information
to support market expansion plans.
Lead the recruitment and management of an overseas team to achieve
market development and sales objectives.
Allocate sales tasks, develop sales plans, and ensure the team's
performance meets or exceeds targets.
Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively to optimize resources and
achieve cost savings.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years of experience in overseas
sales within the industry, with at least 3 years of experience in the energy storage
sector.
Proven track record of successful large-scale customer development and market
leadership.
Strong team management experience, with over 3 years of demonstrated
leadership in driving teams to achieve sales goals.
- Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a high level of adaptability.
- Excellent management skills, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and
accountability.
Fluent in English, with advanced proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and
writing.
Preference will be given to candidates with established industry customer
resources and familiarity with industrial and commercial storage policies.
Demonstrated ability in market development and a wealth of customer
resources.
Exceptional interpersonal and coordination skills, with a knack for problemsolving
and innovation.
