Job Title
Repair and place purchase orders, manage several suppliers / components, and ensure product is delivered on time and meets quality standards. Responsible for delivery and quality assurance, cost management, quote preparation, negotiations, and work transfers. Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Attend program status and production meetings. Communicate status updates to internal customers. Meet multiple deadlines and ensure targets are identified and met. Actively participate in the development and execution of supplier strategies to improve delivery and quality performance. Interface with program leadership, engineering, quality, production control, internal and external suppliers, customers, and the supply base. Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) events and activities. Other tasks as assigned.
