Job Summary :
Toyota of kenner is seeking an Entry Level Technician for a Full Time -salary position in Kenner, Louisiana.
This individual will be responsible for providing skilled labor and technical support in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and possess a passion for learning and growth.
Compensation & Benefits :
This position offers a competitive compensation package of $17 to $21 per hour, paid semi-monthly.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct maintenance, inspection, and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
- Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a technical or labor role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
