Role Description :

This is a remote role for a Business Development Specialist (Commission Only) at THE EMPLOYEE CONNECT. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and development.

This is a commission-only role with a competitive, tiered structure designed to reward performance.
