Location : This is a remote role. We are ideally seeking candidates in Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zones.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineers to develop new products and improve existing ones
• Perform Signal Integrity design, simulation, and test / measurement as part of a cross-functional Product Development team
• Use ANSYS Electromagnetic Suite for signal integrity simulations
• Conduct test and measurement activities using Network Analyzers or Time Domain Reflectometers (TDRs)
• Work on products such as coaxial connectors, cable assemblies, board-to-board connectors / arrays, and antennas
• Design and develop test vehicles including test PCBs and fixtures to validate or qualify product performance
• Provide customer support for both new and existing products
• Interact with customers to understand performance requirements for new products
• Create PCB launch recommendations for customers using our PCB connectors
• Support Production and Quality teams as needed
• Establish optimal Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) settings to improve production speed and accuracy
• Provide consultation for failure analysis and quality assurance

What Will Put You Ahead

For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000-$110,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
