As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a welcoming presence for guests, tenants, and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible throughout the property, and engage in excellent customer service and communication. With a focus on teamwork and integrity, you will play an important role in creating a secure environment and supporting a positive experience for everyone at the location.

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
