Property Controller

A privately held real estate investment and management platform is seeking an experienced Property Controller to oversee financial reporting and accounting operations across a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use assets. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage a team and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all property-level accounting and financial reporting functions
• Manage and develop accounting staff, including AP and AR teams
• Coordinate with JV partners, lenders, and internal stakeholders
• Review CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations and annual budgets
• Oversee audits and tax filings in collaboration with external advisors
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness across all reporting processes
