Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, required. 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within financial services, technology, or professional services. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The pay for this role is $45-$58 / hour.
