Manager of Automation Engineering

A company is looking for a Manager of Implementation Engineering (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring daily progress and delivery quality

Oversee end-to-end delivery of implementation projects from development to production handoff

Collaborate with leadership and business units to translate AI / automation concepts into executable designs

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or data integration, with at least 1+ year in a management role

Proven experience working with offshore development teams

Strong technical foundation in Python, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and CI / CD

College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or Data Analytics
