The Senior Analyst, Strategic Planningwill play a critical role in supporting the development, execution, and tracking of Western Union's enterprise strategy. This individual will partner closely with leaders across the organization to drive strategic planning processes, monitor progress against strategic priorities, and support the development and tracking of enterprise OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). The Senior Analyst will also contribute to a wide range of strategic efforts as needs arise, including developing board materials, building executive presentations, conducting ad hoc analyses, and supporting high-impact initiatives. The role combines analytical rigor, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in the facilitation and coordination of the annual strategic planning cycle, including preparation of key materials, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.
• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise OKR framework; assist departments in aligning their objectives to enterprise priorities and track progress across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help launch and track execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively managed.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform strategic decisions; develop insights, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Assist in managing cross-functional workstreams, timelines, and deliverables for key strategic projects.
• Create and maintain strategic updates, dashboards, and executive-ready materials to communicate progress on strategy and OKRs.

Salary

The base salary range is $82,000 - $100,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate's qualifications, skills and competencies.
