Reward Lead

Wood has an exciting opportunity for a Reward Lead on a permanent basis. This role is open to remote working so applicants can be based anywhere within the UK. The position is part of the Reward & Mobility global team, reporting to a senior reward leader and is designed to be flexible to support either a regional or central Reward Team. The role will leverage expertise in both compensation and benefits.

The role will support the delivery of incentive activity across the following aspects :

Fixed reward base salary, compensation structures, and pay management

Variable reward short- and long-term incentives both cash and equity based programs

Employee Benefits design, implement, annual reviews, optimisation of benefits offerings

Governance alignment with corporate governance standards

The primary objective will be to ensure that reward practices attract, retain, and motivate top talent while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with HR and senior leadership to influence and provide valuable insights and recommendations to guide decision-making as well as being the process and procedural expert across the total reward approach for your area.

This role will support developing knowledge and understanding among senior leaders, HR teams and employees, with a focus on total reward.
