Salary Range : $22.00 to 32.00 per hour

Production Associate III is responsible for supporting the production process by operating machinery, assembling products, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a smooth workflow within the manufacturing environment. The role involves performing hands-on tasks to help meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Verify Batch Sheets to ensure weights, and solids fall within range prior to pumping into slurry.Clean batching, holding, and line tanks as needed.Support production as needed.Gather samples for QC testing.Inspect Batching equipment and communicate any abnormalities to supervisor.Maintain workflow by operating equipment; monitoring and measuring the steps of the production processMaintain a high-quality standard / ensure quality system complianceAssist in continuous improvement projectsEnsure document control is being completed properlyEnsure that non-conforming material is clearly defined and segregatedComply with established manufacturing processesBe able to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.Maintain housekeeping standards (5S).Requirements
High school diploma, GED or 2+ years experience in manufacturingMathematics; ability to add, subtract, multiply divide in all units of measure using whole number, common fractions and decimals.Strong PC skills, MS office-EXCEL.Basic understanding of Batching or mixing.Ability to understand and follow work instructionsAbility to follow verbal instructionsAbility to work in a team and individuallyHave high attention to detailStrong communication skillsPhysical Requirements
Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, use a keyboard, climb stairs occasionally, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations.
